Как и всегда, тут есть две стороны медали. Такие темпы помогут островной программе по расселению аварийного жилья или предоставлению жилплощади льготным категориям граждан. Да и само количество введенной в строй площади должно помочь снизить цены на нее.
С другой же стороны, такая скорость может серьезно сказаться на качестве. И ладно, если проблема будет в облицовке, а если поторопятся при возведении несущих конструкций или подведении коммуникаций?
