Как сообщила Голикова, это связано с показателями по тестированию на COVID-19. Сахалинская область в этом, действительно, отстающая.
Совсем недавно Сахалин попал в число регионов, которые не справились с увеличением охвата граждан тестированием на коронавирусную инфекцию.
