По словам жителей, представители УК провели незаконное общее собрание жильцов ЖК «Академик», навязав им дополнительные услуги. Кроме того, они не стесняются в судебном порядке взыскивать с людей оплату за работы, которыефактически не проводились.
Ранее собственники уже пытались сменить управляющую компанию, но всё тщетно — их обращение простопроигнорировали.
Напомним, ранее Бастрыкин поручил провести проверку по факту строительства жилого комплекса в посёлке Борки.
«Как неожиданно и приятно, сколько же внимания нам уделяет сам Бастрыкин!» — подумает губернатор Рязанской области Павел Малков.
«Опять без вмешательства центра ничего не решается», — вздохнут ему в ответ жители.
