— Командир воздушного судна предпринял две попытки посадить самолет в Грозном, которые были безуспешны. Командиру предлагались другие аэропорты. Он принял решение следовать в аэропорт Актау;
Также с сегодняшнего дня авиакомпания Azerbaijan Airlines приостанавливает полеты в Минеральные Воды, Сочи, Волгоград, Уфу, Самару, Грозный и Махачкалу
