ФРС начала новый цикл обзора макрополитики - обещает завершить в 2025. Появляются первые важные оценки (сентябрь 2024), в том числе влияния решений 2020 на действия ФРС. И коллеги, видимо, смотрят на действия ФРС примерно как я - но теперь с аккуратным анализом.
Вывод работ: да, ФРС гораздо менее охотно повышала ставки, опасаясь проблем на рынке труда. Посмотрим, как это отразится на будущих решениях - надо бы не допускать таких (само)ограничений.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number.
