Для военных сейчас ещё проще — оказывается, за мелкие взятки, хищения и прочие преступления им теперь прямо в судах предлагают откупиться. Переводишь энную сумму в фонд поддержки СВО, и гуляй. Правовое государство строим, вроде бы.
