Во вторник (17 сентября) парламент Грузии утвердил в третьем и окончательном чтении законопроект о запрете «ЛГБТ-пропаганды». Трансляция заседания велась на сайте законодательного органа, сообщает NewsGeorgia.
За принятие законопроекта проголосовали 84 депутата, представители оппозиционных партий не принимали участия в голосовании.
Напомним, авторами законопроекта выступили члены правящей партии «Грузинская мечта». Документ предусматривает запрет на «пропаганду ЛГБТ», однополые браки и смену пола (трансгендерный переход).

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
