На продажу выставлен двухэтажный дом площадью 272,5 квадратных метра, расположенный в Медеуском районе Алматы по улице Керей Жанибек Хандары.
Хотя в отчёте об оценке состояние здания указано как хорошее, на странице самого аукциона говорится, что дом — в неудовлетворительном виде.
