В последнее время на подъездах домов стали появляться объявления с приглашениями вступить в чаты жильцов. Будьте внимательны: под видом удобного сервиса может скрываться мошенничество.
На таких объявлениях размещен QR-код, якобы ведущий в чат дома или подъезда. При сканировании кода вы попадаете в телеграм-группу с названием, похожим на "Чат нашего дома". Далее бот-администратор просит подтвердить, что вы являетесь жильцом дома, нажав специальную кнопку. Это и есть ловушка! Нажатие на кнопку дает мошенникам доступ к вашему аккаунту и личным данным.

Если в объявлении нет точного адреса дома, ФИО старшего по дому, названия управляющей компании или телефона домового комитета, большая вероятность, что это мошенническая схема.
