Анастасия Калмыкова получила замечание от своей соседки Таисии Донских из-за громкой музыки, доносившейся из ее дома: «Пока вы веселитесь, наши мужики умирают на СВО». К Таисии присоединился ее муж, который сказал, что сейчас не время слушать музыку, потому что идет война.
Калмыкова же им ответила: «А когда мне ее слушать? Я не виновата, что мужики идут воевать и умирать там за деньги». Ее соседи утверждают, что женщина также сказала: «Это (имя скрыто) война, и мы не должны умирать за Россию».
В итоге суд оштрафовал Калмыкову на 30 тысяч рублей.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
