Издание «Жоговурд» сообщает, чтт когда глава Следственного комитета Аргишти Кярамян выступал с речью с трибуны НС, сидевшая рядом с депутатом помощница депутата Арпи Давоян (непонятно почему) бросила в адрес Карамяна "Посмотрите как куражится здесь этот амбал". Это неприятное выражение услышал не только Кярамян, но и сидящие в зале.
В ответ Кярамян бросил с трибуны НС (на видео): "Вы что-то сказали, депутат в черной одежде.... Мы говорим о тебе, ты что-то сказал?" Когда депутат и помощник заверили, что никто ничего не сказал, Кярамян продолжил свою речь.
Но было очевидно, что Аргишти Кярамян не знал, кем был человек, сделавший неприятное замечание во время своего выступления, и что «в чёрном» не был депутатом.

TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
