Ингридиенты: 🟤Банан 1 шт. 🟤Овсянка 150 г. 🟤Орехи 50 г. 🟤Вода 200 мл. 🟤Сливочное масло 50 г. 🟤Творог 180 г. 🟤Сметана 5% 150 г. 🟤Агар-агар 1 ч.л. 🟤Ягоды
Измельчить в блендере овсянку и орехи, добавить к ним масло. Распределить массу по дну формочки, сделав бортики. Выпекаем в духовке при 180 градусов минут 15.А пока делаем раствор: заливаем водой агар-агар и кипятим пару минут. В блендере мешаем банан, творог и сметану и добавляем раствор агар-агара. Заливаем ореховую основу и остужаем в холодильнике пару часов. Украшаем ягодами. У нас клубника уже сладкая пошла.
