Вряд ли сказанное президентом Казахстана про непризнание ЛДНР было неожиданностью для Путина в принципе. Устами чиновников АП и МИД Казахстана эта позиция в той или иной форме декларировалась и ранее. Однако главный вопрос в том, кто сделал эту позицию ключевым контрапунктом к выступлению Путина.
