1) Региональная линия до федеральной должна решить местные проблемы, чтобы ими лишний раз не беспокоили Президента. 2) Региональная линия после федеральной должна показать оперативную реакцию на какие-то слова Президента.
В целом же губернаторские прямые линии стали постоянной практикой для 78 глав субъектов, как посчитал АНО «Диалог регионы». Да и гражданам такой формат нравится. Но, как видим, не все губернаторы хотят прибегать к такой практике.
