محمدباقر قالیباف، در صحن علنی مجلس ضمن قدردانی از دانشمندان، پژوهشگران و کارآفرینان بخش خصوصی، گفت: 🔸از مسئولان برگزاری نمایشگاه پیشگامان پیشرفت که آخرین دستاوردهای شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان را به نمایش گذاشتند، صمیمانه تقدیر و تشکر می‌کنم.
🔹فراهم کردن زیرساخت‌های لازم سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری هوش مصنوعی، رونمایی از نسخه اولیه سکوی هوش مصنوعی کشور، توسعه فناوری تولید قطعات پیچیده و راهبردی در صنایع فولاد و پتروشیمی و… حاصل تلاش شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان است که در بازدید از نمایشگاه به وضوح مشهود بود.
🔸ناترازی مدیریتی در این حوزه به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل مطرح شده از سوی فعالان بخش خصوصی، باید بادقت و جدیت مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.
🔹مجلس شورای اسلامی، حمایت‌های قانونی و نظارتی لازم را از تولیدکنندگان و کارآفرینان بخش خصوصی به عمل خواهد آورد.

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
