Кабмин принял беспрецедентное решение — ежемесячно выплачивать по 65 тыс. руб. всем утратившим имущество жителям региона вне зависимости от текущего уровня дохода. Хинштейн получил крайне высокий кредит доверия со стороны государства, а также личную поддержку многих нестандартных инициатив.
Безусловно, это работает в плюс как ему лично, так и всей группе Золотова. Но и спрос за результат будет в разы строже.
