26 января в многодетной семье Паньковых из села Родино на свет появился седьмой ребенок. Родившуюся в Год защитника Отечества девочку решили назвать Россия.
Имя для дочери выбирал отец Максим — патриот нашей страны, бывший военный, воспитанный в семье военнослужащих.
Дома малышку с нетерпением ждали три старших брата и три сестры, рассказали в Управлении юстиции Алтайского края. Родные ласково называют ее Росей.

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
