По данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного п.«г» ч. 2 ст. 260 УК РФ. Процессуальное решение прокуратурой г. Пскова признано законным.
По делу проводятся необходимые следственные и процессуальные действия, направленные на установление всех обстоятельств расследуемого преступления, а также виновных лиц.
