Казалось бы, первое, что должна сделать УК, всеми возможными способами гасить долги. Ведь большая задолженность ресурсоснабжающим организациям является грубым нарушением лицензионных правил.
Однако одна из УК Москвы, ООО «Мальва», решила, что важнее оспаривать штраф от Мосжилинспекции как раз за вышеуказанное нарушение.
Что получила в итоге? И штраф от МЖИ в суде не оспорила, и с задолженностью перед ПАО «МОЭК» в размере более полутора миллионов рублей осталась.
Такое ощущение, что у кого во главе ООО «Мальва», мысли только о том, чтобы казаться, а не быть. Быть управляющей компанией, соблюдающей правила ведения деятельности.

They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
