Хороший кейс, на который наверное и ориентируется Ташир - Victory park - там и сделки под млн идут и темп хороший, но есть два "плохих" кейса, - Матч поинт, который так был нахуй никому не нужен, что его домарф забрали в аренду, и ПИКовское чудо-юдо - Барклая, 6 где ценник ПАДАЕТ с августа 2021 года (парни вышли в июне 2021 по 316, потом дернули под 340, а потом ценник снижался, снижался и сейчас по сути висит на стартовых ценах прошлого года).
