Какая стратегия у Эталона по продаже своих проектов - хер проссышь. Тут купили, там продали. Возможно, там есть какая-то логика, но со стороны она понятна слабо.

Ребята сосредоточатся на проекте по редевелопменту Электрозавода. Который находится в той же локации и скорее всего бы каннибализировал спрос.
