Проект стартовал в апреле 2020 по 130 тыс. руб./кв. м. Мы поржали тогда, что в ~~жопе~~ Троицке за такие бабки что-то продавать планируют. Но, рынок отскочил и сейчас RDD стоит уже банальные 260 тыс. руб./кв. м.

2 лучших года на рынке недвижимости - 2 оборота по цене в любом зажопном проекте.

Продают при этом мало - около 10 квартир в месяц.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
