Потому что стартовать сейчас - это ебать приключение опасное, не думается нам, что у кого-то настолько большие яйца для старта продаж. Да и документы получены на 26,4 тыс. кв. м, когда весь участок на полмульта потянет без проблем.

Ранее был футуристичный проект и визуализация от бюро DNK. То что сейчас публикуем - это Buromoscow.
