Все не могут кому-нибудь толкнуть "Садовническую, 62" (она некоторое время числилась за Левелом), ПИК может войти в проект "Садовническая, 59". Даже на таком маленьком острове как Балчуг девелоперы находят землю для стройки. Вопроса только 2 - время и бабки, чтобы эту всю землю затащить в девелопмент.
