Так, на пике цены в прошлую весну в ебучих Строгинских панельках средний прайс был на уровне 350 тыс. руб./кв. м., сейчас строгинцы губу свою закатали до 310 тыс. руб./кв. м. Но, все равно что за фанаты места там живут?
