Во-вторых не проект, а набор фрик-шоу: название, компания застройщик, договор пожертвования на отделку, возможная отмена строительства (оказывается проект в Лосином Острове, а там строить нельзя, вот так новость). В-третьих интересно, понизит ли цены ФСК, а то 155 тыс. руб./кв. м на котловане как-то дофига для хорошего «Настроения».
Инвестировать не советуем, рисков больше, чем букв в алфавите. Для конечников если только у вас есть тачка, любовь к лесу и вы любите адреналин ожидания окончания стройки. Если вы любите просто лес, то лучше взять Лесопарковый от Ingrad, но в Битцевском лесу с вас попросят больше 160 тыс. руб./кв. м👐🏻
