Вот, кто-то сделал такой проект на ЗУ "Чермянский, 5". Тут плохо все: и локация, и посадка, и визуализации. Простительно такое, если посадка бумажная, чтобы ТЭПы подтвердить.

Отдельный респект проектировщикам, которые ДОУ посадили на бывшую ветку железной дороги. Для девелоперов эти ветки иногда - боль дырка задницы, потому что они нафиг не нужны, а вот чтобы разобрать и убрать - надо очень много бумажек подсобрать. Поэтому каждый изьебывается как может.
