Жилая часть будет составлять 265 тыс. кв. м., щепотка реновации на 32 тыс. кв. м. (куда без нее) и нежилья - 55 тыс. кв. м.

Должны построить ещё "многопрофильный центр реабилитации и ледовая арена" на 40 тыс. кв. м. Короче, взбодрят райончик новой недвижимостью.
