Вот такая Сезаровщина произошла на ЗУ "2-й Хорошевский, 7" - база "Красная ~~Плесень~~ Пресня" - проект Сезар Сити.

Ребята активно прелончат проект. Любители такой специфической архитектуры скоро получат возможность там отовариться. Из плюсов, можно сказать, что рядом уже стоит Династия - локация уже испробовала вкус "этого". Поэтому ну еще 5 домиков в таком стиле на одном пяточке - не критично для городской ткани.
