Хотя, это слабо можем назвать благоустройством. Скорее какой-то кластер на набережной, так как планируется: фиджитал спорт-центр, спортивная база, ресторан, ледовая арена, керлинг-арена, пляжные виды спорта и гребная база. Ранее на каком-то древнем проекте всего развития всей поймы этот кусок назывался "Спортивная набережная". Полное соответствие названию.
