Как вы думаете, будут ли ваши подъезды зимой чистыми с такими нормативами? В лучшем случае усердная УК (если такие еще существуют в принципе), будет содержать в чистоте 1й этаж. За грязь же выше, по сути, никого и привлечь нельзя🤷♂️

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting.
