Я давно смотрю на серию «Год любви к себе» от Smart Reading и явлюсь поклонником этого издательства. Вы знаете, что я веду их Дневник Эмоций с прошлого года и рекомендовала его в своей подборке.
Теперь в моей коллекции Визуальный гид, который собрал в себе 12 терапевтических практик, которые взращивают внутреннюю опору и любовь к себе. Чудесный помощник для рефлексии и самоисцеления. Я планирую его совмещать с гештальт терапией в 2025 году.
