Он начал складываться уже в XVIII веке, хотя окончательный теперешний вид принял чуть более ста лет назад с последней реконструкцией зданий, его складывающих.

Когда-то здесь даже жили люди, но с начала СССР постройки так иначе используются в административных и торговых функциях. В подвале теперь наливают пиво, на первом этаже торгуют ювелиркой, а выше офисы.

Это один из двух двориков так называемого Большого Гостиного двора Минска на площади Свободы. Вход в этот расположен со стороны Ратуши, пользуются им работники ресторанов и офисные клерки || #дворминск

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30.
