Мировым судьей судебного участка Рубцовского района мужчина признан виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество), и назначил ему наказание в виде 100 часов обязательных работ, рассказали в Управлении по обеспечению деятельности мировых судей.
