Президент Турции Реджеп Эрдоган сделал ряд заявлений, который касаются ситуации на Украине и связей Москвы с Анкарой. Так, Эрдоган готов обсудить с Путиным ситуацию на Украине на саммите Большой двадцатки.
Он заявил также, что Турция продолжает быть посредником между Россией и Украиной, а уход российских войск из Херсона — положительное решение.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
