Управление капитального строительства Запорожья сначала открыло аукцион, а потом его прикрыли из-за отсутствия финансирования из госбюджета. Местные власти рассчитывали за 88 млн грн купить 45 тыс бетонных пирамид, предназначенных для борьбы с танками.
Таким образом оборонительные расходы просто игнорируются Кабмином незалежной. Просто сняли с должностей половину военачальников, а денег не то, что на оружие, на бетонные блоки не хватает. А все потому, что заокеанские спонсоры чек еще не подписали.
