Bärlauch Pesto Vegan:

Zutaten:
Bärlauch, Olivenöl, Himalayasalz, Sonnenblumenkerne, Sojabohnen, Kürbiskerne

Zubereitung:
Bärlauch klein schneiden bis der Mixer 3/4 gefüllt ist schön luftig dann mit Olivenöl auffüllen bis der Bärlauch bedeckt ist, Kerne anrösten und in den Mixer dazu (das mach ich meist nach Gefühl) und dann noch mit ein wenig Salz abschmecken und alles klein mixen. Damit es dann auch eine Weile Haltbar ist hab ich das ganze Pesto aufgekocht und dann in Heiße aufgekochte Gläser gefüllt und verschraubt.
