Законопроект подразумевает, что новые потребители с подключенной мощностью сети не меньше 670 кВт будут оплачивать электроэнергию исходя не из фактического потребления, а из максимально заявленной мощности, то есть по принципу take-or-pay.
Ключевая задача законопроекта - оптимизация строительства сетей и сдерживание роста стоимости электричества.
Проект должен вступить в силу 1 июля текущего года.
