"Необходима комбинация высокоточных ударов, которые выведут из строя системы, которые используются для нападения на нас, и мы должны нанести первый удар", - заявил Бауэр на конференции в Брюсселе.
При этом адмирал признал, что запасы оружия у альянса сейчас истощены и что их необходимо пополнить.
