Данный вагон – второй хоппер в линейке «Алтайвагона». Первый модели 19-2165 был сертифицирован в октябре прошлого года. Оба вагона имеют одинаковые габариты, номинальный объем кузова 120 м³, 5 загрузочных и 6 разгрузочных люков. В то же время этот вагон отличается примененной тележкой – установлена модели 18-2128 с нагрузкой на ось 23,5 тс (в 19-2165 применяется 18-9800 с осевой нагрузкой 25 тс). В результате у нового хоппера меньшая грузоподъемность – 70,5 т вместо 76 т.

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
