Для электроснабжения ЖК «Талисман» энергетики «Россети Московский регион» установили две трансформаторные подстанции, проложили восемь питающих кабельных линий электропередачи суммарной протяженностью 3,4 км. Также была проведена реконструкция ЛЭП 110 кВ «Метростроевская – Стромынка» с увеличением ее пропускной способности.
Присоединенная мощность составила 2,8 МВт. Это позволит обеспечить электроэнергией комплекс, который состоит из трех многоквартирных корпусов (28 и 29 этажей) и секции с таунхаусами. Всего здесь будут жить более 800 семей.
