Использование искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) для совершения преступлений должно рассматриваться как отягчающее обстоятельство, такое мнение выразил председатель комиссии Совета Федерации по информполитике и взаимодействию со средствами массовой информации Алексей Пушков.
«Сегодня один оператор в день может совершить до 300 звонков с целью побудить граждан отдать свои деньги мошенникам. ИИ может делать 40-50 тысяч звонков в день», – пояснил сенатор.
По его мнению, необходимо в несколько раз ужесточить ответственность за такие преступления. Также призвал ввести запрет на создание ложной информации с применением дипфейков.

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network.
