Такое заявление на конгрессе по репродуктивной медицине сделал министр здравоохранения России Михаил Мурашко, сообщает РИА Новости. По его словам, этого удалось добиться благодаря «консультациям» со специалистами, которые рассказывали женщинам про меры соцподдержки «с учетом их конкретной жизненной ситуации».
Мурашко заявил, что «мотивированное анкетирование» в России в минувшем году прошли более 260 тысяч беременных женщин. Он также добавил, что больше 11 тысяч врачей прошли обучение «новым подходам к психологическому консультированию женщин в состоянии репродуктивного выбора»
