Неоднократно обращались в управляющую компанию «Зелёная роща», администрацию города, Жилинспекцию. Но, кроме приездов робких чиновников, которые даже не встречались с жильцами и попыток устранить симптомы вместо решения причины проблемы, ничего не происходит.

При таком бедственном состоянии дома пора переносить срок капремонта с 2030 года на этот год.

Несущие конструкции дома разрушаются от воздействия пара.

Или будем ожидать трагедию?
