Багиева сдает в аренду помещения площадью 23 тыс. кв.м на Волгоградском проспекте.
Часть недвижимости арендует УФНС России по г.Москве, пикантность ситуации добавляет то, что ранее Анатолий Сердюков был руководителем ФНС и госаренда его племяннице перепала в качестве шлейфа прошлых «заслуг» Сердюкова.
И тут вот еще что интересно, первый контракт ООО «Союзинвест» от налоговиков получает в 2006г., в этот период Сердюков всё ещё значится главой ФНС.
Всего Сердюковы огребли через ООО «Союзинвест» госконтрактов на сумму более 553 млн. рублей.
