Помимо Совкомбанка иски к Euroclear в российские арбитражные суды подали несколько брокерских компаний и банков. Еще четыре иска поданы к другому европейскому депозитарию – Clearstream. Евросоюз в начале июня 2022 года включил Национальный расчетный депозитарий в санкционный список, что привело к блокировке его счетов в Euroclear и Clearstream. @ruarbitr
