Пташенчук купил на маркетплейсе товар якобы ненадлежащего качества. Он потребовал вернуть 12.6 тыс. рублей его стоимости, а также компенсировать реальный ущерб 10 тыс. рублей и моральный вред - 20 тыс. рублей.
