В Махачкале два абу-бандита решили познакомиться с девушкой, но она не захотела с ними общаться и её зарезали.

Убийство произошло в микрорайоне Турали, нападавших было двое. Они скрылись на черной "Приоре", объявлен план "Перехват".

Получается отдыхающим в Анапе ещё повезло.

Местная девушка или туристка — неизвестно. Следственный комитет возбудил уголовное дело по статье «убийство».

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
