По его словам, в рамках подготовки к празднованию Нового года запланировано новогоднее оформление территории вокруг «Поющих фонтанов» на Площади республики, организация Рождественской ярмарки, церемония зажжения праздничных огней на главной ёлке страны, а также работы по новогоднему освещению в различных частях города.
Он сообщил, что в этом году на новогоднее праздничное оформление Еревана планируется потратить 549,7 млн. драмов.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
