📍В ходе состоявшегося 16 декабря заседания комиссии Правительства Российской Федерации по законопроектной деятельности глава РСПП Александр Шохин предложилувязать принятие законопроекта о перезаключении договоров пользования рыболовными участками до 31 декабря 2025 года с внесением изменений в правительственное постановление о расчете платы за участок и порядке ее внесения. Аналогичную позицию высказал председатель комитета Совета Федерации по аграрно-продовольственной политике и природопользованию Александр Двойных.
Минсельхоз России согласился с доводами и проинформировал о том, что уточнения в постановление Правительства Российской Федерации от 13 июля 2024 года № 959 будут в ближайшее время размещены для публичного обсуждения.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
